Select the frame A shape used to hold text, pictures, graphics, PowerText or OLE objects. containing the object you want to move.
Position the mouse pointer The arrow-shaped cursor on the screen that follows the movement of the mouse and indicates which area of the screen will be affected when you press the mouse button.
